She knew exactly what she wanted. We didn’t even really have an interview, really. Well we sort of did. I honestly think she was going to have a friend take photos for her. You see, I had a booth at one of the Hummingbird House’s open house showcase. And she came with her family to check out the place only a few weeks before the wedding to make some final arrangements. I had my albums open on my table, and, well the rest is history.
All the decorations were done by her, and her friends – the succulent table flowers, the cute cards at the sign in table for guests to leave their wishes, and this uber cool yellow couch. Every wedding should have a couch.
Plus, her wedding was at the beginning of October – the gardens were beautiful, and green, and since the Hummingbird house has a huge built-in tent nobody was worried about a rain plan – even though the skies were clear Texas blue.
So many great moments happened throughout the day – but the peak was during the ceremony, when the vows recited by the couple made everybody cry.
