Gear

by Eric Hegwer

At every single wedding, without fail, there is always an amateur photographer, or photography enthusiast, or an “Uncle Bob” with a big camera.

I’ve been asked over and over about my gear:

  1. What film cameras are best for weddings?
  2. What is my digital wedding workflow?
  3. Which lens is the best for travel photography?
  4. How can I get that color POP! And how do you get your images so sharp and in focus? Let me just say I don’t use any photoshop actions…

In reality I don’t hardly ever use Photoshop. Most of my images 99.9% are not edited at all, and come straight from the camera. So the gear I use is very important.
