Last night I had the privilege to attend one of the most desired wedding networking events in all of Central Texas. There is a group of wedding planners in and around Austin that have formed a little group called AWEC – the Austin wedding and event coordinators.
If you are getting married in Austin, you should call any one of their members. You should do it right now (unless you already have a wedding coordinator). They have way more experience than your friend who just got married
Anyhoo, here are the pix from my Nikon F5. I loaded a roll of Fuji 400 Pro H and pulled it one stop before letting loose wide open (some photo talk) with my Fiddy. Yep, that’s right. The meeting happened last night, and within 24 hours I developed the film, scanned it, and posted it to my wedding blog. Take that Digital wedding photographers!
It was a lot of fun catching up with everyone – a bit loud as Radiostar rocked the small space with their 80’s hits – but totally worth it.

You’re so QUICK! Very impressive, indeed.
Thanks for capturing the evening! See you at the next AWEC Vendor Mixer – September 15th.

You developing color film at your new house? That was fast! Thanks for taking pictures, good times!
I learned 2 things from this blog post:
1. I’ve definitely got to attend the next AWEC event, and
2. I didn’t know you were a vegetarian.
Looks like everyone had a great time! You got some great photos.

Great Job getting the pictures to us so fast. They look fantastic!
Nice pics. To bad Suzi did not actually let me take a pic with her camera (okay, just because it was 100 iso film). At least I got look hip holding it for a minute or two. Thanks Eric. Thanks Suzi too!
