There were the blue wedding shoes from the movie Sex in the city. Peacock feathers in the bouquets, and table centerpieces. The Judith Leiber clutch, and look at that necklace, and did you see the gown!
My last wedding of the year. A fashionista wedding if ever there was one. This bride knew her fashion, and was decked out! Who says you have to have a fancy New York wedding to see this kind of couture? This little event was held at Bella Notte in little old Round Rock Texas.
As far as the wedding, I almost never cry at them anymore, but this one was especially touching. The groom’s mother was coming from South America and having passport problems and everybody was unsure if she would make it. Just as the couple was announced man and wife, she arrived and the church. Even as I write this, my eyes tear up. The groom and his mother and bride all embraced for what seemed like hours as everybody left the sanctuary and surrounded the 3 in the narthex. There are of course photos of that extremely touching moment, but they are private, and for only the bride and groom. Y’all are gonna have to settle for this little sneak peak.
